My Son’s First Day to School

Aha! What an exciting day today. I know he is too young to go to school; he is just one and half year old. But believe me he was so excited to go coz all his neighborhood friends were going. I don’t memorize my first day to school coz I was very little but today I can surely tell how my mother had felt at that time.

Last night I couldn’t sleep well. I was so tensed that butterflies were flying in my stomach. Suddenly I was recalled of the song: Karvatein Badalte rahe sari raat hum, school bag aur tiffin ki kasam. Going through the whole course of action was not so easy I was so double minded should I send him or not. How he will manage without me? If he will keep on crying? The safety and security matters a lot after all he is my little prince. After meeting the principal I was little satisfied but still I am mother. Howcome, I can be tension free.

I woke up before the alarm today. My boy was happy seeing his new bag but was not aware that exactly what is going to happen. Sharp at nine he was ready for his new Playway School. The baggi wala came and took him from me and made him sit in that cage. First of all he was happy, enjoying, being clicked by me suddenly he realized the baggi wala has shut the door and taking him away from his mom. He shouted mummy mummy for five six times and then he forgot. Thank God he is fine now. I know he is mummy’s boy he is brave he knows how to enjoy the life.

Admission of your child in a school means re-admission of a mother to the school life again. Checking his dairy daily, making his tiffin, arranging for the new things he needs in the school for his activities. Huh! lot of homework for mothers but still I am feeling very happy for my little kiddo.

All the Best wishes to the little one.
