What Role Media is Playing Presently ?

Can't Believe this the major image makers are so irresponsible towards the country people. Yes I am talking about the today's media. The fourth estate of the country; the most powerful weapon which is used to reach the masses, to raise your voice especially against the evils in the society. But look at them how they showed negligence in dealing with Mumbai Attacks. How come they can be so idiot to reveal the secret information of every step of army and hostages on live channels? Hello !!! Wake Up, you had put so many lives in danger by revealing this that where are the people hiding in the hotels just to increase your TRP. Whole Nation was scared, tensed, NSG people where taking positions making plans and you guys were playing the most stupid role over there.

Today News Coverage has become a big dramatized serial on the TV like other daily soaps. They are good in revealing all those confidential things which can harm many lives and can cause destruction. But it doesn't matter to them they just only want to increase the TRP's of their channel and they can go upto any extent.

I still remember when the Journalism and Newspapers was introduced in India its main target was to reach to the Indian Masses and to make them aware of the facts and to awaken them. It was used as a weapon against the Britishers and to unite the Indian people. At that time it has started with a mission to always be true and ethical. But today it is sold out to the big bureaucrats, to industrialists and to the politicians to make their own image. These Channels just want to make money and increase the viewer ship by targeting we people only. The whole story will be dramatized on the TV like this that it will compel people to agree with them. Yellow Journalism has spread all over and they have forgotten all the ethics of this profession. How come you can be so unprofessional when you know that you have a big responsibilty on your shoulders.

We Don't need such channels which distorts the facts, mislead the people, put our lives in risk and never let the public know the true aspects and never show the true picture of the society and country.

Today the main source of information is media only and a common man trust on them that what ever they show is true. I want to question these so-called Journalists that what role are they playing to eradicate such evils from our country? Are they really loyal towards the society? Are they showing the exact situations? Do they know that they owe a big duty towards the country?

Now its time that Media has to be very careful and responsible for each and every thing that they are showing because common man has awaken. They are answerable to the public of India and one single wrong word uttered from their mouth can turn the table round.
